Can you make homemade marshmallows?

It sounds simple right?  Well it is!  As the folks at America’s Test Kitchen will demonstrate, all it takes is a few ingredients, some marshmallow-making rules to follow and BOOM!  You’ve Got Mallows!

But remember – when pouring everything into a pan, don’t go running for your phone or  camera to take a selfie to share on Instagram, or all that newly formed stuff will cool down into some strange ectoplasmic shape – and then you know who you’re gonna have to call.
